RaySafe Estimated Service Program vs NON-Service Program

  • The estimated completion time starts the day that the units are received by the lab. Units in the service program (SP) have an estimated completion time of 7 business days, while units not in the service program have an estimated completion time of 15 business days.
  • If units are not in the SP and repairs are found to be needed, the 15 business days can be extended depending on when we receive approval or denial from the customer for the repair(s).
