Our 452 units must be sent to our Sweden calibration facility, as they are currently the only laboratory capable of calibrating these units.
If you are a US based customer, your RMA will be set up for you to ship to our Glenwood, IL location and we will take care of sending the RMA to Sweden once it arrives and has a payment method on the RMA. Once the unit finishes calibration, it will be shipped directly back to you.
If you are a Canada or South American based customer, your RMA will be set up for you to ship to our Glenwood, IL location, and we will take care of sending the unit(s) to Sweden once it arrives and has a valid payment method on file. Once the unit finishes calibration, it will be shipped back to us in Glenwood, and we would then ship it out to you.
If you have a full 452 kit, please be sure to include BOTH the Air Kerma and Ambient lids, as they are needed to complete calibration.
