My LANDAUER® myLDR account has been locked due to too many incorrect password attempts. What do I do?
Resetting your password will unlock your account. Go to LANDAUER® myLDR login page and click “Forgot Username or Password” to receive a password reset email.
How do I update the email address associated with my LANDAUER® myLDR account?
Log into LANDAUER® myLDR and click the purple box with your initials in the bottom left corner of the screen à Profile à edit your email address à Click ‘Save Profile’ Button.
When resetting my password, the system asks me for my old password, but I don’t remember it. What do I do?
You do not need to remember your old password. This prompt is actually asking for the temporary password that was sent to you. Enter the temporary password to move forward.
I received a temporary password, but it’s not working. What do I do?
Our temporary passwords expire after 24 hours, so please make sure that the password has not already expired. If it has, you can request a new temporary password on the myLDR login page.
The passwords are case-sensitive, so be sure to copy it exactly as it was provided to you.
